Computer folks please help......

I know there are quite a few of you folks that know what your doing and hoping someone can give me some direction.

I have installed Norton system works on my home pc. I have found all the settings and tabs and evrything is fine but when I recive an attachment in the mail it is removed for safety reasons . Every thing I get is removed so I have to change the security setting I'm sure but have no clue where it is or how?
Can anyone point me in the right direction please? I e-mail alot of graphics so I have to be able to do this and am sure I'm just missing something here........

open the tab section and set the slide bar to medium this should solve it

Thats the problem I know what your talking about from the older verisons but can't find it in this version.......

Help

Are you using Outlook Express? If so, go to the tools menu, click on options and then the security tab. See if the "Do Not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" is checked. If so uncheck it.
