Compress a WEBM?? Will someone please help me and/or do it for me??

A friend of mine asked me to convert a .mov file to a .webm file, which I did, but now the file is way to big--it's just under 10 MB, but it needs to be less than 3...can anyone tell me how to shrink it down?

Or even better, does anyone want to do it for me??? Maybe i'll send a pic as thanks...??

Choosing output option WEBM SD will downsize and rewrite the file with a lower bitrate.

Testing it myself, it converted a 1280 X 720 .WEBM movie at 19 MB to a 720 X 404 .WEBM at 8 MB.

Or, you can use Miro to convert your movie into an .MP4 and then you can compress the .MP4 with
