Comments That Make Your Day

I liked this comment, among many others, to my most recent story, Super Bowl Half Time Show (the same subject that received the very critical comment I posted above:

"One word: TOUCHDOWN!"

Another nice comment this morning: :)

Wheelchair Girl

Absolutely brilliant, a tear jerking romance, beautifully written and gratefully read by this old romantic. DO WHAT I always advise with trolls who have nothing better to do with their time, ignore the ignorant pigs, if they could write as sensitively as you theyd be putting their time to better use. More power to your pen and thank you for the story!!

"She smells like a fireplace..." Bubbles mumbled tiredly.

BAD kitty!

This one made me laugh, when I read it. (Everyday Life with Bubbles, Ch 06)

"As a probably Autistic and certainly Neurodivergent (ADHD) lesbian interested in BDSM, this story made me cry because it represented me. I haven’t been represented like this before. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

I got my first-ever comment today with no letters, to my story "Mom, You're a Hucow!":

"👏 😮 🔥 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟"

8 emojis and one numeral. I liked that.

After receiving a particularly nasty comment in which the commentator told us we had wasted his time, we replied with this:

"Kate and I apologize for wasting your time and appreciate your honest assessment of our writing skills (or lack thereof). We've discussed it and believe it's only fair to compensate you and any other readers who have wasted time reading our free stories here on Literotica. Therefore, we offer this proposal: merely send us, or post here - your name, bank account number and bank routing number and we will wire transfer an amount we feel is adequate in compensation for your time. Those of you in countries other than the U. S., don't worry, our bank allows foreign wires."

Nice comment this afternoon on Wheelchair Girl

Great story! I loved it. I’ve been reading some unhappy stories about couples breaking up for silly reasons and this was a breath of clean air. Thank you.

I Laughed So Hard...
I fell off my chair with the [redacted]...
I was proud of that joke, but not feeling great about the rest of the chapter... First comment being that was a pick-me-up!

A nice comment this morning on Homeless :)

This got me crying again. What a beautiful romantic story about things close to my heart. Like your friend, I too had issues following my getting snipped. Mine wasn’t football sized, more like softball sized with a raging infection that didn’t go away until I lost one of my testicles.
You wrote beautifully in this story.

A recent one on last year's Valentine's story (commenter's life story omitted) :

"Your empathy with those who are in wheelchairs and for their carers shines through your writing, the comment about writing to the Council struck so many chords with me.
Thank you for publishing your work on this site, it has been one of the most moving tales that I have had the privilege of reading."

And I thought I was just writing some flithy lesbian kink.

LOL

Two nice comments on Wheelchair Girl this morning :)

This is an incredible story! So many twists and turns. The only thing I was able to predict was that Corey and Jamie would get together on that trip, and he would later donate his kidney. Everything else, not a chance. Thanks for writing it. RT

Was brilliant - only wish I had a tenth of your talent

Another nice comment about Wheelchair Girl this morning :)

I'm a sucker for happy endings. This did come out well done. Even the villain came out well. Can it happen? We're often told God works in mysterious ways.
The writing, both the story and the mechanics were well done. I did not notice any misspellings, misused words, or grammatical errors. Bravo

I thought this was funny. The last line of On the Side, which is a bit of an unexpected twist, just happened to wind up on a page break:

Great story, awesome characters, I don't know how you did it, but getting the last page break, right there, is sheer brilliance! I have zero doubt that every single reader turned that page expecting Kate to say "but don't fall in love". I knew it like I know my own name.
And then you got me.
I haven't been got like that in a really, really long time. Thanks.
It's way late. I need to sleep. Fuck it. I'm calling in sick. Gotta read ch 2.

Well, how did you do it?

Heh. It really was a complete accident. Sometimes things just work out.
