Comment disappearing?

Has this happened to anyone else? I was checking the comments on a story and found it had one less than I thought. Looking at the Activity history for 30 days, I see one which says "Comment removed by administration".

As far as I recall, there wasn't anything particularly offensive about it, neither did it have an external link. Is there any other reason Literotica would do this?

Happens to me occasionally.

If it has a link or e-mail address in it they will remove it.

Also of there os anything that may be against site policy such as an under age mention they will do it.

From what you said, it sounds more like someone having an account cleared.

I had that done to me and it was because someone spammed my Public Comments with offsite URLs.

If in the event someone clears/deletes their account, the comments they made remain, but the user name is removed. The comment will read something like:

Some title of a comment
______ by:

Whatever comment, blah, blah...
