ComicCon HOOOO!

Ok, today we go to the ZOO and then we register conwise, and then...I dunno what happens then. That's far too much thinking for me.

*sigh* Ya know, you get USED to being stepped on by cats when you sleep. It becomes part of the whole sleeping experience. This hotel accepts cats and dogs, ya know, but I don't think it would accept 6...

You guys are so lucky!!!

Have fun...give Bel's a huge hug for me, won't you? Please???

ABG has camera. California resident animals will pose. :D

Do take lots of pics then. Would love to see the California resident animals in pose...hehe

I don't get this thing about aroma...I wear no scent, so it ain't nothing but soap...

Perhaps it's just sex....you have that "sex" smell....

Most people's "clean soapy smell" goes away after a few hours. YOU still had it at 10 pm!

Honey, if sex smelled like that, no one, and I mean NO ONE, would come out of the house ever again.

Elf -- fear not! Brave animals will pose! Intrepid ABG will photograph. Quick Mal will be behind ABG :D

Wonder if you could bottle that smell and mail it to me?

I have no fear then....... :cathappy:

I know a guy who smells like lavendar....god, he smells good...but he doesn't wear cologne either....so, perhaps it's his soap..the smell (or scent, which makes it sound so much better) lasted the entire day!

I need to find out his soap...

I fear I am not a guy with a great natural aroma... but there are certain ones that if I wear them last forever on me (Spark, Amber, Sandalwood). However, after I've worked out hard... depending upon what my diet has been for the last week, I can smell quite pungent no matter what *sigh*.

I am jealous of Bel's lack of repugnancy :p

Good morning, guys! And how is San D. treating you? Weather nice?

Excellent to know that everyone's hug-able. And I know exactly what Mal means. Sometimes men can just...smell nice. Pheromone thing or something like that.

Weather is beautiful, so far the city has been very well behaved and friendly, can't WAIT TO SEE YOU!

This week is ComicCon SanDiego 2006. Several AHers will be descending upon the area for various reasons. If you want to coordinate with people to hook up, have coffee, gender watch, whatever... just jump in and start!

*waving*

Hey Bel, 3113! Looking forward to chowing down and shooting the shit next week :)

Cool idea, I'm on the wrong coast, of course, but I'd not even thought of the fact that a number of people in here share this sort of interest with me.

Hmmm....I wonder what our AH gamer contingent is like? Maybe I could find some folks heading to some of the major cons next year. (Which reminds me to begin planning to attend Winter Fantasy this year. I believe they're ending the Living Death campaign this year. Should be interesting, to say the least.)

Well. we've done DragonCon for about 11 years, the last 5 in the art show (not this year, because we are here instead). We have done a few other cons in the southeast, since we prefer to drive there instead of fly (up to a point).

Dunno how many gamers are lurking in these halls. Maybe we should put out a call!

It's been years. But I probably remember how.

Even designed an RPG about a decade ago. From the ground up. No 'modifying' other systems for me.

Stormtroopers to the left of me, Yo-Gi-O to the right
here I am
I'm at Comicon with you...

Ok, bad rip off. Just getting the badges revealed HOW FREAKING BIG THIS CON IS.

And he tastes even better. :catroar:

The waitress seemed quite enchanted with Mr. Muscles there...

"A Con"? This is not "a con." This is COMIC CON!. Windows should rattle when you say it, the ground should shake, and your heart should race with the fear of even mentioning it!

Comic con...it no mere convention.
Should I admit that I"ve lived in San Diego for over 4 years and haven't gone to ComicCon yet?

(Driving and parking downtown can be a hassle... plus going to the beach on the weekend is so nice...)

I went to GenCon twice when I lived in Minnesota. I also went to Origins the same year, but that was as a volunteer worker for one of the game companies, which I spent the Summer interning for. It was a really fun job, that taught me there is ZERO money in the Hobby Gaming industry (except maybe if you work for Wizards of the Coast).
