I have a few friends that have done this and recommend it, but I guess I'm the forever skeptical doing something that isn't exactly recommended by the ADA lol

Having said that, what is your thoughts on this? Do you believe it might be a good thing or do you think it should be avoided at all cost?

Most sites I have found on the web is trying to sell me something and I am really looking for some real feedback posting this and I figured Lit is very outspoken on most subject, so I'm taking a chance of posting this here.
