for my fellow Sacramentan, I am studying opera, focusing mainly on the Baroque period. I really can't sing much other than opera, just because it sounds rather pathetic. Maybe a few Celine Dion songs but that's about it. Though opera is hardly the only music I like. I love with a passion, techno and house, you know anything you would hear at a club. I love to go dancing, so any music that reminds me of dancing is good music. But I listen to just about everything...

I love Techno and Dance, but like you I do listen to almost anything, well anything except Country. Do you work as an Opera Singer yet? Do you do preformances? I love Opera yet I don't understand it at all, put the singers voice is so beautiful. It's great. Do you go to clubs lots? Going to clubs is really fun as long as your with someone. I've never gone to a club alone but it would feel so odd going alone I'd think.

It's not boring, it's interesting .

I have heard of club Aqua I heard about it on the Radio when I was back, I think 103.5 the Bomb does the DJ'ing there, I'm not totally sure. I never went there. What's the foam like, is it fun to dance in? Does it get you dirty or no? Have you ever been the Jukebox it's really nice.

My day was good. Getting my 4th promotion(to Network Security Lead, for those intersested) so i don't know if i have to hold off some of my screenwriting classes or not. Also got my tickets to Ibiza for the Beginning of Summer party in June! WOO HOO GO ME!

I'll probably be talking to my SO, since miles seperate us, overall it will be a fantastic day. I definitely think Valentines Day is a valid holiday, in fact it's my favorite one, and no I haven't always had someone special to share it with. However, my dad always made sure that flowers,( my favorite kind:yellow roses with red tips)were delivered to me at school. I've always seen Valentines Day as just a celebration of love in general. If you want more of my thoughts on Vday, just read my sig line.

i hate midterms.

i have one tomorrow, and two on monday. and the class that i have the midterm in tomorrow, i have to read 82 pages in a book for for monday...and one of my monday midterm classes is having the OTHER midterm on teusday...

GEG, great way to spend the holiday...I shall as well be on the phone with my SO. It sux that she's not as near to me as I'd hope, but with the phone its almost as if she's there, just not in a physical context. If it wasn't for the phone I belileve I'd be in the loony bin by now b/c of it. But oh well, we have a meeting planned for later this year and I can't wait till then. Hope you have a good V-day with your SO, I know I will with mine.

CP, here is a hint, baseball bat + tree = loss of frustration anger and a lot of other emotion. Great therapy, doesn't hurt the tree much either. My campus police frown on it a bit though, most of my hits on the tree end up sounding like firecrackers or gunshots depending on my intensity.

*l* i'm gonna be practcing another form of stress relief tonight after work...i run an RPG, i'm gonna be trying to kill my player's characters. tonight they fight goblins and plauge-zombies...if the zombies hit them, they won't get the plauge themselves...they'll just become carriers and spread it to other villiages...

The foam is lots of fun, it's like dancing in laundry detergent that spilled on the floor. By the end of the night you're soaked, so if you don't mind what you're wearing possibly getting ruined, than that's a good choice. The music is really good too, it's not just what the 'bomb' plays, it's mostly techno. Um you aren't likely to get dirty dancing in the foam. You're more likely to get a little cleaner, and hairstyles don't stay for more than a minute, so just wear it natural. I've never been to the Jukebox, you'll have to tell me about it.

I saved up all my energy for the big BASKETBALL game tonight...for the first time in atleast 4 years CCU has defeated WINTHROP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I was there to see it!!!!!! and made it on National TV!!!!!!

it was worth loosing my voice and being dizzy most of the game to be able to say something that I've been wanting to say since I was a freshman!!!!

Our homecoming football game earlier this year was against our rivals the Western Washington U Vikings. (our mascot is the Wildcats, by the way)

We beat them in overtime.

It was the first time in years that we've beaten them...we went on to beat UC Davis i think, and ended our season with no losses.

almost makes me wish i paid more attention to sports. *laugh*
