Colbert has a staff of 200 people??!

Colbert’s show had the highest ratings in its time slot.

Donnie took a $16 million bribe from CBS/Paramount, and you think it’s great that he’s so easy to buy, because you’re a sheep.
It's not about ratings. It's about production costs exceeding advertising revenue. The show was losing 40 to 50 million a year.

Fun fact; none of the bullshit from the lawsuit against CBS has to do with Colbert. His show and employees are paying for Trump's hurt feelings.

True. CBS might want to consider trying to steal Gutfeld away from Fox and adopt that program’s 10 pm time slot and more cost effective programming structure.

Gutfeld is the King of Late Night, drawing 3.1 million viewers vs. Colbert’s 1.9 million viewers, despite being on a cable channel rather than a broadcast network. More importantly, Gutfeld dominates the 25 to 54 demographic which advertisers covet.
