I find that my coffee tastes better when it’s cooled to something less than piping hot, down to above lukewarm.

Discuss.

No, it needs to be drank hot. Cooling does something to its components, oils and such, I just don't remember exactly at the moment.

It should also be drank black. If you want to put a bunch of crap in it (other than Chivas), just go to Wendy's for a Frosty™.

Black and Hot
Tho given i am forgetful and make a massive mug Black and Cold is doable as sometimes just cant be arsed to get up and make a fresh one.

I agree with you. I don’t like it when it’s too hot!

Here's what I am hearing:

:with pinkie raised: Why, yes dahlink when it comes to coffee, Ah'm a snob, above you little people. I acquire mine only at the trendiest and most upscale of providers, and yes, by the time they finally serve me, it is lukewarm and I accept that because, Ah'm not one of the "little people."

:nana: :nana: :nana:

PS - Keep in mind that there is a clear distinction between hot and scalding...

Just ask McDonalds. A place where we little people will get coffee.

👿

I drink mine scalding. Can't abide it any other way. I literally drink it boiling, I must have an asbestos gob.
