No Yirgacheffe today, this... I am actually not sure, but the beans are neither amazing nor bad.
Mild and a bit of cherries & dark chocolate in the taste.

Ah. A nice classic coffee profile. None of these very modern pink grapefruit, peaches, pomegranate notes. Sometimes it's comforting to have these classic notes when my palate isn't feeling adventurous.

Exactly!! And this week.. I am up way too early for anything adventurous.

I just need to wake up, taste something easy and simple, before showering and hurrying out the door.

Oh, and yes - I prefer a double/triple shot espresso, two small teaspoons of sugar.

Oh more importantly, what is the pastry next to your coffee? I need to include more of my breads and pastries next to my coffees as I think that's equally important for a good morning routine.

Hey there! I have had my ups and downs; it had been an interesting not so terrible couple weeks; pretty much came to a crashing halt again last night.

The coffee being served has been decent; as decent as drinking by the pot can be at least.

My creative outlet… well i am not the most creative person on the planet… but i would say flying my drone and massage therapy. I enjoy both of those from an art view; otherwise it is motorcycle riding; playing soccer; snowmobiling or playing poker.

Haha. I've been experimenting with a new one from Wilton Benitez. It's a Red Bourbon. I wish you could try some of it. It's absolutely delicious.

My creative outlet… well i am not the most creative person on the planet… but i would say flying my drone and massage therapy. I enjoy both of those from an art view; otherwise it is motorcycle riding; playing soccer; snowmobiling or playing poker.

I do miss playing board games and card games with my friends. We do more outdoorsy stuff like hiking and bouldering these days (which is nice too). I wish I had a drone, I live near to a huge block of bushland so I could actually get some pretty decent drone cinematography going. Any recommendations?

Thank tou! Right now it has become so normal i feel like a robot on repeat at some point i have to take the courage up and cut off the toxic… it will be extremely tough… but hopefully better when i finally do it, till then goal is: survive…

I have a DGI mini 3 pro.
I recommend spending the money. Massive quality differences; i played with cheap ones before, they literally almost convinced me to not even persue drones. I finally saved the money to purchase this one… now i just need time to learn it, but a thousand times different than the cheap ones.

Watch online tutorials, there is so mych! I recently droned my brother’s wedding at a falls near here! I am not smooth by any means, a lot of editing still required… but so fun!

Day one of Beanie blend from Seven Miles this morning. The butterscotch notes are quite pronounced but there's also a good bit of milk chocolate in the aftertaste. A nice classic cosy Winter milk blend. It's done to a Magic ratio in my recipe.

What's in the scroll? Is it a cinnamon scroll? There's a Swedish bakery that's about 40 minutes drive from here that does excellent fika but unfortunately there isn't too many options nearby if I want a scroll like that. What a wholesome and simple breakfast. Love it.

It's almost my bedtime but wanted to respond to this. Being in bed (it's finally cold enough to use the Winter blanket) with my book and some green tea at the moment. Journaling and reflecting on my PB this morning in the half marathon.
