COCKTAILS Anybody?

I hopped right to it, so I was able to wipe down anything wipable before it got dry and sticky. In my haste, all this wiping of walls and monitors was done while naked since the little I had been wearing got soaked and had to be removed. There was nothing sexy about it, but I'm sure a peeping tom would have disagreed with that assessment.

Would letting a beer sit at room temperature add to the chances of a secondary fermentation happening?

Always best to keep cold but nothing to do with sec ferm. Usually if there are nasty bugs in canning process keeping cold will usually keep cans from exploding on shelves.

A lot of smaller breweries have started using mobile canning. Those folks don’t always have the best cleaning or CIP habits.

And still see some 3 fonteinen and cantillon stuff but not much beyond that.
