With the new threats this past week, do you agree with keeping the National Security level at "Elevated," instead of lifting it to "High?"

Unfortunately, because of the society we live in, the US will always be facing a "threat" from somewhere at some time.

I guess what needs to be looked at is something along the lines of "has there been more threats... more credible threats, since the sabre rattling over the current middle east issue?"

I don't know.

From a view outside the US, it is looking to me more and more that the media is doing a damn good job of scare-mongering on this whole thing.

But then... maybe it is justified?

The major problewm with Bush's admin., is, he seems to only respond to things, AFTER the fact. I was watching a news report about the difference between Osama & Saddam. Saddam kills his own people. Osama kills Americans. But, our idiotic president seems to think Saddam's a global threat. Whatever. I just hope that he wakes up. Too bad, more Americans will have to die before he gets a fucking clue,(if that's possible.) I think it's inevitable.

Fade to Yellow?

From what I can tell Yellow was OUT at a recent fashion show in Paris. And certainly that was verified at some fantastic shows in New York

I believe the Fall colour to go with is Black. Yes, Black. Of course, I just laugh. This is a revelation? Black is always FABULOUS, hon. Go with it. Ok, sure, black is actually not really a colour but let's not get our colour pallate in a tizzy. You know what I mean.
