I started reading the stories on here a while ago... I saw that there was a board on the site so I joined. I was too shy/scared to post anything so I "browsed" around for a couple months. Seeing all the photos here and the positive responses that they got made me want to post some of my own... and now I'm here

I try to take a walk on the beach every morning during the summer... I love the way it smells.

Sitting by the fire with a good book is always nice.

What is it about fires and books? I think maybe it's the heat and the gentle crackle... combine that with a book and you get great imagery in stories. Enhanced focus? I dunno, but good call, that's an awesome activity!
