*laughs softly, his hands still running over her back*

Very nice to see you, too....

*starts to kiss her neck*

"I hate to say it but I was on my way out to dinner - that is why I kissed you and kept walking.......I might be back later if you would like to come visit then I am sure I could find you a nice Christmas gift."

lightly kisses him running her hands over his chest "I would love to stay but I cant"

*Pouts a little, jokingly.*

Well....if you have to....

*Kisses her deeply one more time for good measure*

<I enter the Cloud 9 resort and frown a little...without it's owner, things feel somewhat less lively. I'm wearing a pair of black slacks, a white turtleneck sweater and a black suit jacket, with my black cowboy boots and my black Kangaroo-Skin fedora on my head. I head for the elevators and take it up to one of the floors not yet seen. I step out into a hallway that looks rather...old world. Teak, ebony and dark wood panneling cover the walls. It's a dark and old atmosphere, much like a mannor house from England that has stood for centuries. It had the feel of a place of old experiances and old knowledge.>

<I sniff the air and the scent that reaches my nostrils is one that any bibliophile knows quite well. Paper, parchment, old ink, musty age...the scent of books. Turning down the hall I walk towards the double doors at the end and step into the library and reading room. Bookshelves made of hand carved wood were packed with books, from the most modern to the dusty tomes that stretched back as first editions and even older texts were sitting on the shelves. Rich red carpeting and even darkly stained ceilings gave the feel of being in some place cozy, lit in it's dark recesses by warm lighs nestled amongs the shelves. Along one wall, two floor to ceiling windows give a breath taking view of the lagoon beyond, with plants and ferns breaking up the floor edge of the window, with the wood all around it makes one feel like they're in an immense tree!>

<Settling down into an elegant leather chair looking out the window, I take an archaic volume of Sun Tuz's Art of War in hand and begin to casually read through it, a faint smile on my lips.>

* i peek in...wondering if i'm welcome, having never been invited...just knowing that i could use some company right now...*

<I look up as I hear the door creak and look back. I see Fira glancing in and smile at her.>

Hello there, please come in! <I set down the book and rise from my chair to wave at Fira.>

I don't think we've met Fira...I'm Bsquad...and I think you know a few friends of mine perhaps? Please, come in and have a seat. <I gesture to one of the large comfortable chairs for her to sit.>

*smiling a bit shyly, i enter and take a seat in one of the chairs, tucking my feet under me*

actually...we have met...but more in passing than anything...

*blushes*

things tend to be very...busy...when we're in the same room

<It was the first time I’d ever been to one of the lounges, though I had peaked in a time or two. Entering Cloud 9 I wasn’t sure what I would find, but hoped I wouldn’t be intruding. My sapphire gaze wanders around the room, amazed at the attention to detail. Only one other person seemed to be around and I gave her a wave. Tonight I was dressed in dark blue jeans with a delicate pattern in light blue on the back pockets. I always loved the way they looked, making my firm round rear look nice. They weren’t called the bum jeans for nothing. I’d also slipped on my favorite black blouse with the dark silver, almost black, gems around the scooped collar and fitted about the waist. I loved the way it made my hips look a bit small and clung to my 38DDDs.>

<Just when I was about to wander around I heard the metal gears of an elevator move. It would seem someone was about tonight. Quickly I move towards the sound and find myself standing before the mirrored metal doors. The number is lit showing that it stopped on the 3rd floor. I waited, calling the elevator back down, and smile warmly at the other lady. Once down I head up, catching the scent of a lovely male variety and books the moment I step off.>

<It only took a moment to find the right room and entering my breath is taken away with the beauty of the wood and the sear amount of books.>

<I smile as Fira enters and sits down on one of the chairs, settling myself back and looking at her...my smile turning from warm to slightly guilty at the thought.>

Yes...you are quite right. But passing is not in person and I would be remiss for not greeting you with a smile.

<Thinking back I chuckle softly.>

Yes...things are quite busy when you've met me in passing.

<I smile with a naughty glint in my eye.

So what brings you to Cloud 9?

<I look over my shoulder and see someone else enter the library, a person who I've never seen in the lounges but know from elsewhere.>

Daliha, welcome to the lounges in general and Cloud 9 in particular...and the Library specifically. <I grin and give her a small 'fingertip' wave, motioning for her to have a seat.>

*chuckles softly, a bit of a mischievous glint in my eyes*

looking for a little bit of a distraction..if there's one to be had...

*eyes him appreciatively...turns to see someone else enter and i blush again*

hello...

<I look to Fira and watch her blush with a curious gaze.>

Distraction? My, have my friends been telling you stories about me?

*blushes more*

not in the least! but i can't help but watch when you are surrounded by them...

<My eyebrows inch up slightly and my gray eyes watch Fira with a very interested gaze.>

Well, my friends are very spectacular women Fira. But for some reason they all see something special about me. I'm glad that I have them.

<I let out a small, contented sigh at the thought of my friends.>

But what intrests you so Fira? In me at least...is it purely interest by association?

<I glance over at Daliha and give her a wink.>

<Smiles warmly at the two, a soft blush warming my cheeks and I move further into the room.>

Thank you B...hello Fira. <Gives a wink at the wiggling finger, wandering over to slip into a chair.>

*shrugs shyly*

I've seen you with them...i like how you are with them...so friendly and open...

<I smile up at Daliha as she moves closer and sits down, glad that she had decided to enter the lounges...if only to explore.>

It's good to see you in here Daliha. Cloud 9 is quite fun, it has anything you could want. <I gesture around the room at the library that surrounds us.>

<I look to Fira and I blush a little.>

Yes...they are my friends...dear friends, and I like to think that beyond the confines of Lit, beyond the internet, we are friends as well. <I smile at the thought and look back at her as my eyes went distant.>

It's how friends are, we...well, we fought for that kind of relationship, and given the investment that we made...well...as I had in my sig before, 'Freindship is forged with laughter, but Tempered with tears'. I also realized that there is another that goes along with it very well. "Judge your friends not by wheither they are willing to stand beside you when you are there, but weither they are willing to stand up for you when you are not there."

I'm always willing to make more friends Fira...as Daliha will attest. <I wink at Daliha and smile.>

<Returning his smile and seeing that he’s talking with Fira I roam the room, fingers sliding over the books.>

Thanks. I’m glad I decided to come...though I’m sure it doesn’t have everything one could want. < I give him another wink and turn back to the books for a moment, a playful shimmering of my eyes as they slowly begin to shift in color.>

*chuckles to see him blushing*

there is something to be said for true friends..that's for sure...

*watches Daliha as she peruses the bookshelves*

<I look at Daliha as she wanders around the room, caressing the spines of the numerous books. My eyes narrow as she speaks.>

Everything? Everything and anything Daliha. You simply need to ask. <I smile and look back to Fira, my gaze intent on her.>

Yes...there is much to be said for true friends. I'm sad to say that there are few friends in Real Life that I could share so easily with as them. <I smile, a little sadly, but the warmth in it overpowers it...and the blush on my face makes me chuckle a little at my own embarassment.>

But what about you Fira? Has Lit been as kind to you as it has to me?

*thinks about his question for a few moments before answering*

hmmm...hard to say, really....sometimes it seems so...but then at others, not so much...

*blushes*

i'm not as self confident as many of the women here...i don't tend to be as forward and demanding...if someone wishes to speak to me, all they have to do is remember i'm in the room...

*smiles wryly*

it happens...quite a bit actually...not that i really mind

*shrugging self-consciously*

there's times that i prefer it that way...

<I smile a little, feeling guilty at overlooking her before, but certainly such a thing is quite far from my mind now.>

But not now I take it? <I smile in a reasuring manner, enjoying the converstation with her.>
