In the Library

<I appear inside the library, after becoming the new co-owner of the Cloud 9 Resort, it feels much more comfortable than it did before. I'm not dressed in such a stylish way as I usually do...instead I'm wearing tan shorts, sandals, and a black T-shirt with "Jesus is F'ing Metal!" and a cartoon picture of the son of God throwing up the horns. In honor of his impdending birthday.>

<I stride into the library and ease myself into one of the leather chairs, my book from before sitting where it had been left, and a small shotglass sitting there filled with a measure of Uzo and a cherry at the bottom. Taking a sip of the drink I relax and begin to read once more, wondering if I shall be joined today, even if only for a little while.>

<My time reading is slightly restricted, RL is RL, and as such it has drawn me back to it. I set down my book and vanish, to return later.>

<I return from my interlude and sip at my shotglass, looking out the windows at the beautiful cove, and weather I find myself longing for.>

In the Library

<I have returned, smiling, tired, but happy for the evening wih the family whose company I enjoy and look forward to. I sit in my arm chair and gaze out at the tropical sunset, my sandals placed on the edge of the table before me, my eyes gazing out contentedly.>

I rush in to the Resort, looking around and then finally heading up to the penthouse, my heels clicking on the marble floor, as i finally head into the penthouse shedding my warm clothes as I head to the patio, I step up behind B and kiss his neck...

Hanging in there, my sweet man?

<I feel Ausus's kiss on my neck and look over my shoulder at her, leaning back into her hug with a smile.>

Thank you for the book dear heart. It's a lovely gift and I do know I need some help at times!

<I grin to her and turn, gesturing to the library around us.>

Rayne stretches and smiles as she wakes in among a mass of pillows and soft linen. She was in the pent house of Cloud 9 Resort and having survived Christmas with family was now back to relax unwind and enjoy the rest of the day.

"mmm Merry Christmas everyone" she whispers as she stretches one more time and then gets up from the bed wearing a red teddy that is fringed in white fur...a cute homage to Mrs Claus. Sliding from th the bed she makes her way to the balcony to smile at the gorgeous view.

Rayne makes her way to the bathroom to change, dressing in a red knee length dress and adding some diamond snow flake shaped earing's she brushes her hair out before applying some gloss to her lips and heading down to the Lobby to greet guests for the holidays.

Presents appear on the main desk, waiting for the owners attentions. Both are wrapped in silver and black paper. The first box has Raynes' name written on the card, the picture as follows...

Inside the box are four velvet bonds, and a peacock feather tickler with a black cane handle, twined in silver ribbon.

The other box for Bsquad contains a soft calfskin flogger, amid what seems to be confetti. On closer inspection one could piece together it was an anger management book torn up.

Rayne smiles as she reads the card and then she laughs when she opens the box an sees, four velvet bonds, and a peacock feather tickler with a black cane handle, twined in silver ribbon. Casually she runs her hand over the items feeling the textures and cant help but smile it is certainly a way to tempt.

Closing the box she picks up a pen and some paper and writes out a note to Fae to thank her for the touching and tempting for the gift.

<A small package appears within Rayne's penthouse, it's a large hatbox wrapped in gold ribbon.>

To my Cowgirl...I thought you needed one of your own. -Your Cowboy

<Inside is a black cowboy hat, well worn, well fitted, and boasting a hatband of delicately worked silver, carved bone and black leather.>


<Another box appears in the library with a note for Ausus.>

I didn't know what to get you...but after last night...I thought this would bring you a smile. -Your Consiglere

<Within the box is a black T-shirt, on the front in white letters spell out "Ask me about my Zombie Plan!".>

<Another box also appears on the table, a note on the front for Dahlia.>

I wasn't sure what to get you, but I thought this might be good Dahlia. For all the stories we've yet to write together.

<Inside is a sheaf of crisp, fresh paper, pure and white.>

Rayne opens the box from her cowboy and smiles, she picks up the hat and tries it on....just like him perfect fit.

Rayne clicks her fingers and a green box appears tied with beautiful red and gold ribbon she places it under the tree with a note attached that reads.

To My Cowboy,
Through the thick the thin and pure pleasure always your friend.
Merry Christmas sweetie, I hope you have a great holiday.

<inside the box is gold key ring, attached to it is a little gold cowboy hat and another little note - I gave you the key to the place so this is to keep it safe, the hat is to remind you of our friendship and that you have a home with me.>

Rayne makes her way to a lounge by the pool, it's a beautiful day sunny and clear skies, the sound of the ocean. Today Rayne is wearing a white bikini and a white sheer tunic that hangs to her mid thigh just to protect a little from the sun, her reddish brown hair hanging loose around her shoulders. Ordering a juice from the waiter she settles into the lounge and relaxes with a book. Wondering if anyone else will be about today.

I decide that I deserve a break so I immediately head up to the penthouse, where I call the local masseuse and have them meet me there. Before they arrive I kneel at the tree finding a gift from B. I start laughing.

Yes B! I actually have a zombie plan! I'll have to tell you about it. I say to myself

I make my way to the patio, and lay down on the table to let the masseuse do their magic, while I wait and see if anyone shows up.

Rayne stretches she must have fallen asleep by the pool.......she looks around but doesn't see anyone just yet, so she heads up to her penthouse to change and get ready for the evening.

Once in the penthouse she walks to the bathroom and has a steaming hot shower then dresses in her normal jean skirt, tank top and cowgirl boots. Rayne heads out to the balcony to watch the sun set and enjoy the night falling around her.

<Another room appears inside the Cloud 9 resort. On the floor directly below Rayne's penthouse, a new suite appears. It's smaller than the one used by Rayne, but it's a comfortable place. Divided into a two level suite, a large loft bedroom sits overlooking the massive floor to ceiling windows looking out across the cove over the terrace. An office and sitting area sit below, and an outside spiral stair case links this terace to the one above. I'm sitting out and overlooking the Lagoon, watching the waves and enjoyin the sun wearing only a pair of shorts and a pair of sunglasses.>

Rayne walks out on to the balcony its a beautiful morning, she is wearing a satin nightie and long flowing satin robe. Running her fingers through her hair she stretches and smiles as she looks out over the water. The ocean always looks perfect this time of day, glancing to her right she notices a new staircase. Intrigued she begins to follow it down.......

<I look up as I hear footsteps coming down the stairs. I look up knowing it can only be one person. I look up and see Rayne standing there, wearing a satin nightie and robe as she rounds the spiral stair case.>

Heya rayne! Like the newest addition to your resort?

Rayne smiles as she hears his voice.......she should have known, "Hello handsome" she crossed over to him and kisses him, lingering a little longer then was a simple hello. "Its amazing, I am glad you have made yourself comfortable...and I do like the stair case" she winks at him.

"Are you going to give me a tour?" she extended her hand to him with a sweet smile.

<I smile up at Rayne as she walks over and kisses me. I let out a chuckle as she compliments my apartment.>

Well, It's not as good as yours. But you can find me whenever you want. Either here or in the library. <I grin up at Rayne and slowly stand up, clad only in my shorts and sunglasses as I look out at the ocean, then back into my apartment.>
