A little history:

In 2000, after Yasser Arafat rejected the offer made to him by Ehud Barak based on a two-state solution and declined to negotiate for an alternative plan, it became clear that Arafat would not make a deal with Israel unless it included the full Palestinian right of return, which would demographically destroy the Jewish state.

That is a one sided perspective on the talks.

The offer wasn't for a full state.

Another one sided perspective. The talks were more complicated and Arafat's position much more involved than that. He was pushing for peace.

Perhaps read up on the Balfour declaration of 1917.

My comment has nothing to do with Trump, TDS ON STEROIDS.

Read up on the Camp David accords and the PLO.

2005 Israel returned the occupied territories of the West Bank and Gaza. Hamas gained control of Gaza and the PA ruled the West Bank, kind of a co-op agreement with Israel. Hamas went on to become a terrorist organization.

The horrid behavior of the Pro-“Palestine” (apparently Palestinian isn’t good enough) crowd has been specified numerous times in this thread, and was on full display in the IMMEDIATE aftermath of the Hamas animal’s October 7th tale, torture, murder, and kidnapping operation.

You repeatedly asking for additional recountings of those horrid behaviors smacks of sealioning behavior.

No shit Dick Tracy. The Camp David accords accomplished one thing, the PLO would continue negotiations over the use violence, but the bottom line was there would be no peace treaty as long as Israel was allowed to remain.

Let me say this, your attempt at creating a moral equivalence between what Hamas did on Oct 7th and what Israel is doing now is ludicrous. Hamas and Palestinians are woven in a tight fabric of hate towards the Jewish community. All these college brats that support Hamas and the Palestinian cause should take a history class and those arrested should be mandated before being release to sit through the recent videos and get an up close and personal view of the horrific atrocities that were committed by those slime bags. Those murderers were young highly radicalized men who probably didn’t vote for Hamas but were radicalized by their education system.
