Well, I don’t feel quite so far out of it then. I received an email from a long time acquaintance asking about “clit pumping” and I had to admit I had never heard of it. So, I thought I’d post the question here, to see if I was really in the dark, or if this activity was known only to a select few. I guess I got my answer.

It's basically the application of a low level vacuum to the clitoris, causing it to become engorge, sensitized, and lengthened. There’s some controversy regarding whether repeated application will cause a permanent change.
