Consider this, while still recognizing his immunity, they could subpoena Obama as an unindicted co-conspirator. He wouldn’t be able to invoke the Fifth Amendment, and if he were to lie under oath, he could be prosecuted for perjury.

Honest Questions- can the Clintons refuse to testify despite the immunity proffer - are there any exceptions? Would this “full” immunity proffer need to be routed through the USDOJ?

Also - would the Clintons accept immunity and respond in a manner which provides little or no use to Congress? You’re dealing with brilliant lawyers in Bill n Hillary and I’m thinking if there is an exception, they will seek it. Just curious!!

How does one “technically” call someone a pedophile—or how is a pedophile not "technically" one? A zebra’s black and white, or white and black, depending on who you ask, but it’s still a zebra.

Same with Epstein—his entire empire was built on underage sex trafficking. That’s not semantics, that’s reality. Playing word games now doesn’t erase the truth or the names in those files—it just makes it obvious who’s scrambling to distance themselves from the privilege they once bragged about.

And speaking of privilege, maybe ask why a former president called it a “privilege” he never had—strange choice of words for a place supposedly nobody respectable wanted to visit. For context, there was a federal lawsuit in 2016 where a 13-year-old accused Trump and Epstein of rape; a 12-year-old was also involved, so it fits your pedophile definition. It wasn’t a blog rumor; it was filed in court and later dropped after the victim said she and her family were threatened. That’s part of the record, no matter how hard some try to bury it.

They can refuse any offer and can't be forced to testify. DOJ would be the ones making the offer and Congress has no power to undo it once accepted.

However, if the Clinton's are smart, and they are, they'll say no and stand on their Rights.
 
Maybe, just maybe the Clintons have nothing to hide. Unlike the felon who took the fifth after telling the world that anyone who did that was guilty.
