This has happened to me several times but it has been a while. I think the last time I was in my early 20's and taking a gymnastics class. I was rope climbing. About 3/4 of the way up and I was straining to keep going. I suddenly had what felt like an orgasm without ejaculation. I lasted as long as I hung there.
