climax versus orgasm

I was hoping someone could explain to me the difference, if there is one, between having an orgasm and climaxing.

None: Climax is usually synonymous with orgasm; though I suppose - in a technical dictionary sense - should there be no orgasm, climax would coincide with peak arousal.

From the male perspective, there is a difference if by climaxing you are referring to ejaculation. Although they usually occur together, it is possible for a man to ejaculate without having an orgasm or to have an orgasm without ejaculating.
