Climate continues to change.

No it's neither fair nor unobjectionable King.

Based on a very limited knowledge of me or my background, you are attempting to squeeze me . . .

Global warming denialism refers to claims that global warming: a) Isn't happening, b) Isn't caused by humans, or c) isn't significant.

That's not about you. It's about GW denialism, and is a fair and unobjectionable definition of it.

If you make broad claims for which there is no possibility of mathematical proof, you are effectively making a philosophical choice.

But, there is the possibility of proof, and there is proof -- not mathematical, but scientific-using-math.

BTW, y'all might be freezing up north, but it's still unseasonably warm in Florida. Never before have I had to run the AC in February.

As a natural part of this thread we need a link to Jesse Ventura Conspiracy Theories - Global Warming.

This not part of my input to the debate btw. Just good conspiracy fun. Jesse is pure entertainment - built like a truck with a ponytail, a butt-cheek so pronounced it may actually be a butt, a commanding presence that can make most people cover in fear and a smile that's even worse. Add to that a couple of hunks and the token hottie - June Sarpong in a stylish trench coat - and you've got a winner. :)

I've been a fan of Jesse since his famous line in Predator: I ain't got time to bleed. I tried to copy it last time I hurt myself with an electric saw, but my brain overruled my inner Jesse so all that came out was "ARRRRH! Hurt! Take me to the ER!"

Am I the only person who blames global warming entirely on the Amish? Are they not a constant reminder of how awful life would be without all this great technology? Every time I want to cut back and conserve on natural resources, I just look at the Amish and I'm like, 'Fuck that.'

No, you're not the only person. Daniel Tosh seems to feel that way, too!

I know because when I read this post, I thought "oh, that was actually pretty funny!" So I immediately googled it :)

Or is it because I pointed out I used on of his jokes in a thread earlier today?

Till you admit how wrong you were for that "97% consensus" crap and apologize for being a cunt about it, I will have a hard time believing you. :):rose:

Simmer down, Assassin of Vaticans. I was just yanking your pigtail, but you can believe whatever you like. Yes, it was because I read your posts religiously and keep a mental catalog of every joke Daniel Tosh has ever told. But seriously, if you're going to use someone's material, you should probably attribute.

Done on the AGW thing. You didn't read what I was saying then and you won't now.

Never wrestle with a pig. You both get dirty and the pig likes it.
- a quote

I'm not calling you a pig; I just think that quote is funny. I love pigs. They're very intelligent. But it's better for our blood pressure if we just walk away.

Deal.... I will not point out how crazy naive it is to believe that 97% of scientist blame global warming on humans ever again!

Don't you just love Mark Twain!

"A man is never more truthful than when he acknowledges himself a liar."

Even though that's not what's claimed. It's cute how you guys tweak talking points try and make your nonsense fly.

Odds of Rob showing back up in this thread....

Slim to none

I'm right here, sweetie.

You invoked Chris Monckton and His Big Words in a pathetic attempt to refudiate my argument. You never indicated exactly HOW it refudiates my argument, but hey, you get points for trying.

Tell us, then, in your own words, if you believe in anthropogenic global warming or not?

As no one has answers other than...

But the consensus says!!!!! ( Followed by big foot stamp)

I suggest you look in to that 97% consensus and the history of John Cook.

The real number is closer to .05%....but, hey don't believe me. try doing some research. This "97% paper and John cook have been torn apart by more credible sources than me.

Better yet, read the actual fucking paper. You can pick up where he skewed the data in about 5 minutes if you are not retarded.

Prove it. You're bluffing.

I'm thinking you can't, since you didn't link to anything.

This has music and pictures so maybe it will help.

But I'm sure this guy bought gas once so you just know he is lying.

Fuck trees!!! ( there now you don't have to pretend I said it)

Global warming all man made and this I know, becuase my party told me so!

And now my brothers and sisters we will pass the plate. Please give freely.

A week later fat boy racist shows up hoping people have forgot. But we have not Rob.

I "proved" it. You ran. Now you come back with more lies.

Responding with non-sequitur links is not "proving" anything, jackwagon.

Try again.

ha..... you said prove it, i did, then commented you would not show back up. You showed back up a week later and still ignore the proof.

But way to continue with your ignorance you dumb racist piece of shit!

Do you really think there is no climate change? Clearly the climate changes all the time. We don't always have a reason.

I have been to China twice there is so much pollution in the cities that you do not see the sun. That has to have some effect on the climate. It's not an asteroid hitting the earth but it has to be doing some damage.
