Cleaning brains from panties.

I'm curious if any of you have any advice for cleaning brains out of panties. It's best if you don't ask how the brains got there. As it stands now, I'm washing them by hand to get most of the mess out, then putting them through two cycles in the washing machine. Anything less and they're left with noticeable spotting. I haven't had any issues like this with shirts or pants before, regardless of fabric, so, obviously, I'm missing something. Thanks in advance for any help you can give! That's what I get for wearing underwear.

If you don't have a bonesaw I've seen it done. You also use brains to make the tanning solution. So I have gotten brains on my actual clothes before but I've never done anything like that in my undies because I am not on Breaking Bad.
