Circumcision....discuss?

I don't know what cats have to do with this. But I'm against declawing them. If you don't like your cats claws, then get rid of the cat, don't fucking rip it's claws out.

The benefits of the circumcision seem to outweigh the benefits of the uncut.

A good handful of women think it is gross, I think that is a major factor in me being happy about my current condition. I wouldnt want a girl to be with me then be grossed out.

On a completely superficial level, uncircumcised cocks gross me out.

My ex was English, and so uncut, and I think I maybe gave him two blowjobs in a year. It's not even a cleanliness issue, at least not with him, it's a purely *yuck* issue.

Please don't get Cheyenne started on her tangent.

I wonder if the people who oppose circumcision are the same people who oppose declawing cats? Just an idle curiosity... I sense a correlation.

And yes, I like circumcised cocks.

Here we go again...

:D

who could cut a cute baby right after they're born?

circumcision was good back when people were bathing in lakes. things are more sanitary these days

my brother is uncircumcised and there have been no problems. there are risks to circumcision. how would you feel if your baby lost his glans or his entire penis for the purpose of being circumsized?

it makes no difference to me whether or not a guy is cut, women who fuss about that sort of thing are really not worth having anyway.

Yes, women with opinions need to be shot.

This thread appears to have brought people out of the woodwork.

Was a search actually done on circumcision that brought this back to life after three days, or was somebody just checking on page 48 for an interesting topic?

... I do find y'all opinions interesting.

:)

Actually, yes. I was feeling rather depressed about being cut (it happens every now and then), so I did a search, and lo and behold, there was a relatively new thread talking about it. So here I am. :)

Lot's of medical studies out there, both for and against. One camp claims it desensitizes the penis, the other claims that not doing it breeds infection and smell.

Bottom line is, pediatricians say its a matter of personal preference - that both sides have their merits, and both perpetuate unfortunate fictions.

The one point that's not fiction is that you can't ever un-circumsize your penis. I want my foreskin back, dammit!

yeah, I much too aware of that. :( I'm starting to entertain the notion of restoring the foreskin some how, either stretching or surgery. I seriously doubt I'd ever go the surgery route.. enough damage has already been done. and stretching won't bring back the actual piece that's missing.

I'm not the type of guy to get body modifications. I don't have any piercings or tattoos. But I do have a deformed, unnatural penis.

Don't get me wrong, except for the scar, I actually like the way it looks. it's a great looking dick, if I do say so. ;) and I think uncircumcised dicks look rather ugly. But this isn't about the looks of it. I just wish I could be whole again.

The two have nothing to do with each other.

No, they don't, if taken at face value. But as I said, I sense a correlation between those so opposed to circumcision and also declawing cats. Maybe the connection is that it doesn't matter WHAT the topic is, some people will object if they think "mutilation" is involved using their definition?

Any benifits or drawbacks can be discussed here.

Seriously.... and viewpoints?
