The benefits of the circumcision seem to outweigh the benefits of the uncut.

A good handful of women think it is gross, I think that is a major factor in me being happy about my current condition. I wouldnt want a girl to be with me then be grossed out.

my brother is uncircumcised and there have been no problems. there are risks to circumcision. how would you feel if your baby lost his glans or his entire penis for the purpose of being circumsized?

Actually, yes. I was feeling rather depressed about being cut (it happens every now and then), so I did a search, and lo and behold, there was a relatively new thread talking about it. So here I am.

Lot's of medical studies out there, both for and against. One camp claims it desensitizes the penis, the other claims that not doing it breeds infection and smell.

Bottom line is, pediatricians say its a matter of personal preference - that both sides have their merits, and both perpetuate unfortunate fictions.

The one point that's not fiction is that you can't ever un-circumsize your penis. I want my foreskin back, dammit!

yeah, I much too aware of that. I'm starting to entertain the notion of restoring the foreskin some how, either stretching or surgery. I seriously doubt I'd ever go the surgery route.. enough damage has already been done. and stretching won't bring back the actual piece that's missing.

I'm not the type of guy to get body modifications. I don't have any piercings or tattoos. But I do have a deformed, unnatural penis.

Don't get me wrong, except for the scar, I actually like the way it looks. it's a great looking dick, if I do say so. and I think uncircumcised dicks look rather ugly. But this isn't about the looks of it. I just wish I could be whole again.
