I handled maybe a dozen before I hit my first uncircumcised one. I knew they were out there and had seen pictures, but that first one left me taken aback upon seeing it. To my eyes, it looked broken. I felt more comfortable around it when it was hard. I have only come across one other over lo these many years. With respect. I really need to point out that guys with foreskin can last. There is nil connection between being whole and issues of premature ejaculation so, please please, don't let anyone kid themselves into thinking they are making it easier for a little lad to grow up to be a good lover if he's cut. Here here. What an awful thing to do to a baby. It's so strange to think how common it is in America. I've only ever seen one circumcised in my lifetime.

However, I'd go further and say that circumcising baby boys for any reason including religious ones is perceived as a cruel and strange aberration. Unless there is a valid medical reason for the procedure, it is just barbaric!

Given that dildos almost always represent a penis-at-full-erection, there would be only two distinctives to design into one to make it look like an 'American-circumcised-penis': one would be the line of colour change which circumcision leaves, the other would be a slightly slimmer girth to the upper half of the shaft, seeing as there would be no foreskin-pulled-back-to-thicken-the-shaft like happens with whole penises when erect.

Short answer: European and American dildos are most like uncircumcised erect penises.
