What you are recommending is prohibited by law.
Are you advocating breaking the law?

Oh boy, never mind. Not even worth it.

What if there's high unemployment and few jobs and the woman needs to have one?
What if the employer doesn't have any restrictions on coverage when the woman is hired and then makes some up later on?
If high unemployment and she needs a job, and say the BC pill is the issue, would she really give up a job for those pills? If she does, then probably the job was not that badly needed.
If the employer changes restrictions or whatever, then I don't know. Maybe see what the employees think about it, etc. Perhaps if the cost to them goes down, they might no mind it.....don't know.
No answer for this?

I guess for some, what a person does with their insurance doesn't matter. Obviously, for Hobby Lobby, it seems to matter.
Question for you......why is it so important to include bc pills in insurance when there are already other otc options for birth control?
It's not just bc pills, it's [insert any medical care or device the employer finds distasteful at any time]. But women and their doctors sometimes conclude that bc pills are the best option. Are you saying that it's the place of someone's boss to get in the way of good medical care?
had to pay the co-pay to see the doctor to get the prescription. The doctor visit was covered. Worked just fine and did not require anyone else to deal morally with my decision.
This whole debate is truly just silly. It is completely political. The bc pills are not that big of a deal. They have just made to be one to get woman "mad" at the right and to give another talking point to obama and the left.
Nope not saying that at all. But we are specifically speaking about bc pills here. There is no right to them. I payed for them for years, out of pocket, and was just fine...and yes, had to pay the co-pay to see the doctor to get the prescription. The doctor visit was covered....pills, not.

If your employer was paying for your medical appointments where you were prescribed birth control pills then they're guilty of providing them to you (using the logic here).
The prescription, yes. But I had to go and have that prescription filled and pay for it. It was not covered at all. My choice, my responsibility.
So the Catholic Church and the Hobby Lobby guy are making a big deal out of bc pills because they want to give Obama a talking point? Because if it wasn't for them you probably wouldn't have heard about it at all.
The Liberal War on Women
You can only be one of their "kept" women; you are to be a slut, if you get pregnant, you are to abort it to save society the cost of an unwanted child and to prevent the liberal guy from having to support it. They care so very much about you as long as you are a slut, so your short-term happiness at being unpregnated balanced with the long-term cost of a child to the liberal way of life is the only thing that matters. Should you grow a little older and have a change of heart (as so many do, including the original Roe plaintiff), then you become a hypocrite if you speak out in favor of life and those same liberal men care not one wit about the long-term scars that came from their immediate "Broken Window" (Bastiat) solution to the side-effects of a society that has decided to abandon moral and principle for the delight of rutting in the mud like a drift of feral pigs.

......sad, but true....![]()
I don't think it would have been a talking point at all had Obama and the dems decided this was a topic to fall on the sword for. For some reason, this is of paramount importance to Obama, to have it included.
On second thought, I know the reason.......votes.
It's not paramount importance. Like I said you would have never heard of the issue had it not been for the Catholic Church and the Hobby Lobby guy's opposition to "abortion pills" that the law doesn't even cover.
