Christmas cookies anyone?

Ooooooooo...I want some peanut butter and sugar ones please!!

:D :D

I'll put my request in for the peanut butter cookies, just add a Hershey kiss to the top just a minute after you take them out of the oven. :)

Peanut butter cookies kick total ass. Sign me up for decorating as well :D

I like to make Macaroons, and chocolare clusters.. sugar cookies and oatmeal chocolate chip.

well is there any other way?

Nope. :D

Also good when sugar is sprinkled on top.

Ya'll are making me hungry now! lol

I love peanut butter fudge but I've never made it, can't find a recipe that I know would be good.

OK, I need to make cookies too, now. I'm dying for some.

Has anyone used a product/device called "Silpat" for cookie baking? It's a silicon cookie tray liner that you use beneath your dough. It keeps the cookies from sticking so you can make very delicate ones without fucking up. I want one.

Can you send cookies in the mail? If I sent some by express, I wonder if they'd get there and still be palatable? Does anyone have experience sending cookies to loved ones during this chaotic holiday time?

I've sent baked stuff to the UK during the course of the year. Wrap it tight in plastic wrap and then inside a zip lock container. Should get there pretty well.

Good luck!

Yes and they are still tasty.

I've always done so priority, doesn't cost much more than standard.

Just put them in a nice tin, then box up and there you go. :)
