Chocolate Soufle..sorta expirement

Hey try this out if your a cook, it came out pretty good.

Take

6 egg whites
2oz shredded milk chocolate
1tbsp sugar
1/2tsp baking soda (for lift)
Confectionars sugar
Butter
chunk white chocolate bits

Grease a medium sized soufle dish with butter, evenly and somewhat thickly.
Dash confectioners sugar all over the sides liberally until no butter is exposed

whip six egg whites into firm peaks mixing in shredded chocolate sugar and baking soda. and crushed chocolate white.

Pour mixture into soufle dish, place in preheated 450 degree oven. watch carefully "DO NOT OPEN OVEN"

cook until top fully raised and slightly brown.
 
cooking night is Tuesday. You're early, unless you're a Kiwi, or an Ausie.
