That's what they call a cop when they don't want to admit that the urban utes of the school are too much for the faculty to handle...

Cops at school - I would have thought only of two reasons for that:
- either to protect kids from outside gangs or violence
- or to discipline students

Either way: militarization of schools points to some problems in the society, whatever that might be.
