Since I used to live in Chicago in an Italian neighborhood, it has to be Chicago style.

Where I live we make our own pizza. its more of a chicago style, I guess. Since I am not much of a slimy tomato fan on my pizza I use a white alfredo garlic sauce, with shredded cheddar, chicken, and bacon on top for toppings. My SO loves tomato sauce made from scratch, and will make enough for a small army. One of these days I swear we are going to open up our own pizza place. :) Banana Dancer

Single dude here, so I have pizza a few times during the week and have a family recipe for crust that I make ahead of time. It's always thin crust, I just do not like so much bread like with pan or deep dish because I want to taste the toppings and sauce more than anything.

Current faves are peppered bacon, provolone and roma tomato with a a fantastic sauce with a nip of chipolte. The other is a spicy sauced one with crawfish and green peppers then gouda. God, I'm starving, wish I had some pizza right about now.

Being a native Chicagoan, I'm gonna have to go with Chicago style pizza. NY pizza is too greasy for my taste. Additionally, I LOVE a good, gigantic slice of Bacci's pizza near UIC.

Other than that, I'm a Lou Malnati's or Giordano's girl.

My older brother once told me, "Pizza is like pussy. I've good pussy. I've great pussy. I've never had bad pussy."

Clearly, my brother never had thin crust pizza. If I wanted a cracker with sauce on it, I'll eat some chips with salsa!
