Hi Chicago...

I lived in Chicago for a few years for schooling...Miss it so much...Still visit there a few times a year...and now that I have moved to Michigan it is only a 4 hour drive for me....Yippee...

In fact, I just drove there for a long weekend last month...nothing like the Lakeshore and all the beautiful temples and museums...

Miss and love Chitown so much...

I know. If I didn't have company coming for dinner, I would be in the yard working. I did do a few things outside this morning, but now time to clean the house. Maybe we will have margaritas on the deck. (oops, about 45 min north of the city)

they used to have a big one every year but then i guess the one in 07 or 08 got pretty rowdy... people from all over the us and even a couple from england came!

when you live in Iowa - 3 hrs isn't much of anything... lol

I went to part of that last Chicago Litogether but must have missed the rowdy parts as there wasn't anything disruptive going on for the time I was there. The location was only a few minutes from work for me.

In the city proper, Southside and sadly the beautiful spring day is a cold, rainy Saturday still spring like I suppose lol
