I can see the hottness in this, the man who put her man in the hospital is a rival and by football I am assuming you mean the non american football aka soccer but even if it is american football the men are in usually pretty amazing physical condition. Since it is a girls night out maybe she is drinking or ladies night at the bar, the guy is there celebrating a win with the team or what ever, they see each other. Definitely agree with this post. I'm a big fan of cheating women stories but I haven't read many that involve injury or violence between the woman's man and the guy she cheats with. It can be pretty hot in a way when I sit down and think about it. Especially if it's subtly emphasized by the woman, say by her running her eyes over the guy's muscles and noting how buff/fit the guy is or having the guy's hands on her ass/breasts and she's realizing "this is the big, strong hand that knocked out my boyfriend" etc. She's angry yet that anger sparks passion and she's getting turned on despite herself. The guy could manhandle her when they're back at his place with her heart racing as he easily and effortlessly picks her up to push her against the wall or to carry her to the bed.

She'd be thinking something like "If he could overpower [her boyfriend's name], imagine what he could do to me." Of course the guy isn't gonna get violent with her, no he has something else in mind entirely. Something more sensual yet still rough and powerful that it will leave her (pleasantly) sore and unable to walk like her boyfriend. Hot, sweaty sex is what I'm hinting at here obviously! I'm still working on it. The story is currently about 25 pages in word, and as a rough estimate I'd say there's another 5 or so left to write. Progress is slow, though, because of work-related deadlines.

Yes, some people do say my stories are pathetic. That's fine. There clearly aren't a lot of people who find THIS scenario hot nor can the OP really express why he thinks this is hot which is resulting in a lack of authors for the story.

I'll believe it when I see it. There are lots of stories in production however that's no reason not to write it yourself. Story ideas here are public property and the BEST thing that can happen to a requestee is they get several stories based on their premise by several authors.

I've never once heard someone come back and and complain about getting too many stories. So don't let THAT stop you.

From a reader's point of view too many stories would no doubt be a good thing, but from an author's point of view I would never write a story that another is writing, (a matter of respect), especially one that I know will handle the story well and I am looking forward to reading it from. It will be worth it when TL can get it done - life must take precedence of course.

That's at best kinda silly IMO. Two different writers are going to come up with two different stories. Go look at stories that start with a much more specific point and plot and see how wildly different they come out. Not writing from a story idea here because someone else is would be like canceling Pacific Rim and King Kong because you heard about someone working on Power Rangers.

True, a story idea can be written in different ways, and I would not have a problem writing a story from this idea at some point - that I never denied - only that I wouldn't want to do it now. I'd much prefer to write something different so that Lit isn't flooded with similar story arcs. But then I never claimed everyone sees things this way; it's only my opinion.
