Windy and hectic. Just waiting for my parents to go home so I can get on with a normal routine. How are things in yours?

That seems a bit chilly for the beach. It was 6C here today and breezy, and that's even too cold for the beach!
 
Was just kidding but, after all this damn frigid crap, 6 degrees sounded warm after wind chills -40f varying by the minute depending on the breeze!

Hey... This may sound like a lame question, but does anyone have any tips of dealing with those rude, angry, aggressively cheap, demanding or ridiculously perfectionistic people that the Retail Gods hand you every so often? The ones who demand that you call 200 stores in 2 countries to find them an item that's been discontinued for 2 years, or the ones who obsess over the slightest perceived imperfection in their finished product? I know there's only so much we can do, but how the hell do we stop them whining and complaining that they didn't get their every dream made true? I cant believe there are people like this on earth, and it drives me crazy trying to deal with them.

Do exactly what you're doing now. Deal with them smilingly and than bitch about them on the internet, when you're done. It's much better than getting fired for going apeshit on them.
