I was in the Marine Corps. That picture was taken when I was in Iraq.

Joining the military is a big sacrifice to make. The free world salutes you for your sacrifice.

Why thank you. It was an easy decision to make. I'm a fourth generation Marine and I've wanted to be one since I was a little boy.

That's really nice. I'm glad that you could follow in the footsteps of your ancestors. My father was a butcher. I wasn't going to do that at all. I guess I didn't end up doing anything better, I worked in customer service until the pregnancy and am taking time off now.

There's nothing wrong with that. What do you want to do?

I couldn't even begin to tell you. I have a lot of interests and hobbies, though none of them would allow me to make a living.

I think that is true for a lot of people.

Yes, but I am lucky to be able to take a while to think about it. I genuinely feel bad for people who cannot.

Yes, the whole name is. Vi skal være, but the website wouldn't let me use the æ in my name, so I spelled it as close as I could. Are you familiar with Danish?
