Chat Issue

Hey guys I am getting the dreaded can't log into chat please retry box. I have been getting that message all day. I see other people are having the same problem, but I don't know how to fix it. Any help is appreciated.

Finally got in after setting up another username. My forum one still doesn't work, but I'll take what I can get.
