We don’t set times. I pretty much self cage. My wife likes it and doesn’t mind, but she isn’t the keyholder or anything like that. I’m not judging, it’s just not how we participate.

I dont wear inverted cages, but "normal" cock cages also in spa, salt pool and sauna. Sauna especially in snowy winter times.
