Be careful, if you just go through metal detector you should be fine. Ive heard stories about guys that went through the newer machines and it picks up "foreign material" in the scan and they have to be searched, explain what it is, and even show them.

Similar thing when traveling. I usually keep it’s in its separate parts in a travel carry on than go to the bathroom afterwards. I’m all for pushing comfort and boundaries but airport security may be too far.

The story i heard it was a resin one. To me it would just be safe to take it off until you pass the check then put it back on in the bathroom. Not worth the embarrassment, unless a thrill youre seeking haha
