I don’t change my cages so much as the base rings. My go to is a 40mm that is quite comfortable but if it starts to pinch too much I switch to a 45mm. I can only speak for myself, but it looks like from
this point on, I am 24/7/365 locked in a cage. I see no reason why when this cage ends on NYE to ever be free unless my wife so requests, and even then, it would only be (I suspect) for her to watch me masturbate.
