That good, eh?! ... then I hope you are cherishing the day!

I am doing nicely. I do have to work at 11pm tonight which is a bit of a downer but otherwise, it's a good day.

Yeah-It was that good :D

I'm sorry you have to work so late...But I'm glad to hear that you are doing well.

Thanks Charmed, same to you. How are things in the great state of Texas? Is your family well? :rose:

Things is Texas are great. Wonderful,in fact :)

The family is doing well. All three girls are finally getting over the bug they had (and gave to everyone else:) )

How are things with you?

Things are ok here, snowy - again and again and again..... I'm doing ok, really looking forward to spring. I need to see some flowers pop up from the ground soon! Other then snow..... things are good.

I don't envy you with the snow. I'm glad it doesn't snow here often. I truly can't stand to be out in that kind of weather.

I'm glad to hear you are doing well otherwise:)

It has been unusually cold here lately too - usually we're about 40 and we've been in the mid to high twenties. The darn snow will be here until May at this rate. In fact we have piles that will certainly be here until then - we can't dump the stuff in the ocean anymore so ...... plus it hasn't been good snowman making snow. :(

What good is snow if you can't make a snowman?

Why can't they dump it in the ocean anymore?

I agree about the snow. There is a woman that lives down the street from me and she always has lots of snowmen/ladies in her yard. During the football playoff she had Patriot jerseys on them and on Valentine's day she had them holding signs with hearts etc. No matter what kind of snow she makes it work - she probably sprays it with water!

Due to environmental issues the snow goes to 'snow farms' (empty lots  ). The roads are treated with salt and chemicals so they don't want it going into the ocean. It all goes there or in our reservoirs anyway - eventually.

The lady down the street sounds like a good sport:) I like people who make lemonade out of lemons....

I can see them citing environmental issues but "snow farms" sounds kinda silly, lol.

It is silly Charmed, I think this is the first season I've heard that term ..... it's just whacky.

How often do you get snow?

Not often...Maybe every couple of years and I don't think it is ever really heavy or sticks around long. There are exceptions to that, of course and now that I've said that, it will snow it's butt of here and stay around for weeks~LOL

I sure hope not! We are expecting another storm Monday night.... just had one last night.... it is getting old.

And speaking of old, I'm feeling old tonight so it if off to bed for me. I'm glad we got to catch up a bit. Have a nice evening Charmed..... g'night
