Have trouble sleeping ?


It happens to me sometimes too, then other times I pass out mid conversation lol

Technically I have tablets I’m supposed to take that will knock me out. BUT I hate taking them as they will wipe me out for 12+hrs and leave me feeling like crap.

Usually I’m tired but the brain doesn’t switch off to sleep.

Now my problem is I am just not tired. Like I have no urge to sleep at all.

It’s weird *shrugs*

Went to a party tonight and between beer and a shit ton of chocolate covered espresso beans I screwed myself up moreso than usual. At least it's Saturday, so maybe a nap in store for later.

Cuppa is an excellent word.
Anyone else apart from me say 'brew' to mean tea? I have learned not to ask for one at breakfast when I'm in the US, because while there was that time with the straw and brown paper bag and someone else's broken down Mercedes, we don't need to go back there.

We need that mental break, to relieve us of all the stress, of everyday life. Big breakfast, some electrolytes and sleep sounds good

Party was real good.
A 60th b'day which I'll be dealing with myself later this year.

And I think it was more the espresso beans than the beer that has me in this sleep/wake cycle.
