I was just watching a video the other day and when the credits came up, it said (like all porn videos are required to say) that the actors were all over 18 and the records were kept at a certain location, if you wanted to see them. What caught my eye was the name of the person keeping the records..Chanta Rose.
If you're not familiar with her, many videos on Kink.com sites will have her touch to them. She was webmaster and/or rigger for wirepussy.com, whippedass.com and she created meninpain.com and waterbondage.com herself. And she directed many of the videos. Of course, she also was one of the actors.
I knew she was famous for her acting, but I had no idea about all of that other stuff. Oh, she's also an expert at rope bondage, which is her favorite thing, and not to forget she's a photographer, too. Her lovely long blonde hair and perfect figure are two things I love about her, but her face is my favorite. I prefer her as a submissive, but she was mostly a domme...and a damn good one.
Oh, she also has cancer. It's in remission, and she's doing OK, but she had some rough times back in 2005. In fact, along with the cancer scare, she was also fired from Kink. She says it wasn't anything she did wrong, in fact I know she made the place even more profitable than it was. She said there was a woman in charge that didn't like her and that was that.
She's had an interesting life, to say the least and back when things were going well, she decided to start writing a blog. When she lost the job at kink, she said she knew what it felt like to want to commit suicide. She dearly loved that job and losing it was like losing a close friend. She said she even cried herself to sleep some nights. Yes, she said 2005 was a bad year for her.
If what she can do for a porn video isn't enough, she is also a gourmet cook. She really seems like quite interesting person, if not just damn impressive. She's started other web sites, too. Of course, there's ChantasBitches.com, but I think the one she's most recently involved with is fuckedandbound.com. It's very similar to kink, but why wouldn't it be? She created many of the kink sites.
Wikipedia is thinking about deleting the page on her. I don't know why, except maybe because she's a porn actress. I can't think of any other reason, and that one isn't even a good reason either. I think we all should complain.
I think her blog is very interesting and worth a read. We BDSMers will understand her when some funky vanilla people might not. And she has added some nice pictures, too.
