Changing pictures

I want to change a picture on my profile and I haven't been able to. It's not the main profile picture but the secondary one

If you mean the picture that used to be part of the biography text.... I'm not sure you can any more. When the profile page changed that seams to have been left out. So if you have it, you are stuck with it. Hopefully a member of the profile design team might have a better answer, but it's been like this for a while now.
