Changing My Forum Name

Hello, I have been here for a long time and I hate my forum name.

I made it to make my ex-girlfriend happy.

Is there anyway I can change it.

I really don't want to loose all the time I've been here.

Without meaning to insult, you've only posted about a dozen times. Time, meaning, passage of time since June, isn't really important is it?

I've known a couple of people to change their names, and neither one wanted to be remembered as their old screen name. Both times they just changed and let a few people know.

In another circumstance a friend of mine had all her posts turned to 's and was given another name to hide herself from a S.O.

Otherwise...is it really that important?

Um, so go register a new name, post 11 times and voila! You've lost nothing. Unless you absolutely need to have a 2002 date next to your name (lord knows why that would matter), then it really won't hurt to just register a new name.

Just sign up for a new name. It takes like 5 minutes, and well, it's not like you have a huge amount of posts that you despretly want to save.

You have 13 posts - this would take you about 5 minutes to redo on a new screen name. What valuable time are you losing by registering a new name? You don't like this name, you don't have a huge post count, big deal.

Make a new name, post 13 times and people will still know you just as much as they do now.
