I want to change my name and email. How do I do it?

To change your email address, click on your profile pic, then your account details. You should have an option to edit your email there.

Name changes are more difficult. You can send a PM to Laurel and ask. She may or may not respond (the overwhelming majority of her time her is spent on the story side of things) and she may or may not change your username. It’s worth asking, but if you are 100% sure you want/need to do this and you want it done quickly, may be best to just create a new account.

I've tried to get Laurel to change my username.

Few weeks ago, when I ventured out in public, an idiot from HS found me on here and started needling me about it.
I almost kicked his ass, until his wife reminded him that I've been boxing since I was 8 and he'd catch an ass whooping.

I told Laurel that I would like to avoid something like this from happening again, but I haven't heard back from her on the issue.

I recall a thread from another author whose stories disappeared after being granted a name change, so (story authors only) keep that in mind if you care about preserving the historical element of your collection. (That person never got a resolution. I can’t find the other thread now. It wasn’t that long ago.)
