Change in time zone - where to fix?

I've noticed that forum posts have started displaying the incorrect time, relative to the time zone I use. So I went into my profile to check my time zone preference, but am unable to find it.

I've hovered over my forum profile pic and clicked "preferences" but there isn't a time zone option in there. I've checked my control panel, also no time zone option in there.

Can someone please remind me how to get to the time zone option? Or if it's been removed, please let me know and I'll stop figuring out how to fix it.
