I've had this little idea for a while now so thought I'd throw it out here to see if a talented writer could do something with it.

A woman is out shopping and finds herself drawn to a gorgeous pair of shoes. Nothing strange about this lol but what if those shoes had an effect on her that brought out her inner nympho. She's trying to control herself but the shoes compel her to seek sexual satisfaction.

The shoes could actually be affecting her or it could be a placebo effect.

Could be a pretty good story for the mind control category, if you want to play up the angle that she's doing things against her will. Or maybe they're drawing out the inhibited side of her that she's kept buried and denied for so long.

Just recently, I saw a report on tv about a school, where women can learn how to walk in high heels without falling. So I guess this girls is already experienced with heels - but this one are higher then her normal heels.

Or what about this: Foot reflexology. Maybe this shoes have special soles. So when she walks around, she feels a strange sensation in her feet - and up in her pussy.

Also - not exactly the same, but maybe the shoe sales guy massages her feet, so that she has an orgasm.

but how many offices have tile floors? think every place I go has carpeting, except when I'm shopping

Depends on the office. The place we were at was the office for a construction company. The office rooms I think had carpeting but the halls between rooms were tile, since you would have a lot of big guys wearing work boots. There was also a workshop that you could walk to directly from the front offices. Court houses and hospitals still have a lot of tiles that I've seen, depending on where you're walking. I think any place that would see a lot of foot traffic is going to favor tiles over carpet, just for saving on the cost of upkeep.

True, true. So are we looking for a specific setting that might have tile floors or can we just use any place we know of that would have tiles and where you could reasonably expect to find someone walking in heels?

You got that right. I used to work in hospitals and have always thought carpets were a stupid idea. They are an ideal place for bacteria to hide. Tiles can be mopped daily with a 10% bleach solution that will kill 90+% of the critters. To kill the bugs in a carpet they have to be steamed cleaned on a regular basis even then it is problematic as to killing the critters.

Just my opinion but, I think. hospital acquired infections would drop dramatically by getting rid of all carpets and at a minimum a daily bleach mop down.

What about this: there is this nurse. Usually, she wears comfortable shoes, like sneakers. In the past, no one really notices her, and so far she never had a problem with that.
But now, there is this new doctor. She wants to flirt with him and thinks about how to do it. She is also very short, maybe like only 5 feet tall. So she thinks about wearing different shoes, so that she will look taller.
She wants shoes with thicker soles, but she can't find any. Then she sees this high heels. She puts them on and instantly, she feels different. And she hears the clicking sound, when she walks around with them in the shoe store.
The next day, she walks around in the hospital with the high heels. Everybody notices her, either because of the sound, or because of the way she walks with them.

Maybe as an addition: one of the male patients becomes aroused, so he touches her ass, when she stands near his bed. Since he is ill and laying in bed (maybe right after surgery), she can't slap him. She just takes takes his hand away. But then she remembers - when she pushed him to his surgery, she saw him nude for a few seconds - including his big dick. Maybe she can have some fun with him, once he is fully recovered. But until then, she focuses on the new doctor ...

I once saw a big busted woman laying on a recliner. She was nude, except for high heels. Just the thought that she is suntanning or walking around the pool nude with only her high heels on made me horny - and it still does today.

This could also be a new story idea: a woman wants to go skinny dipping on the pool of some friends. Everyone is nude and used to be nude amongst others. But for some reasons, the woman is not wearing normal bathing sandals, she is wearing high heels. She sure draws some attention that way.

I remember a movie that was about something similar, but with a dress. I haven't seen the full movie, but here is what I remember so far

It started with a designer who created a dress, but for some reasons, he got fired. A woman buys the dress and wears it. I can't remember what happened to hear, but I think it was sex related. Later, she threw sold the dress. A young woman got it and shortened it to a mini dress. A guy was following her and had sex with her. The strange thing in this part was: it was non consent - you could call it rape, even though he never said a word or put physical force on her. It was just his intimidating look.
Anyway, after that, the woman threw the dress away. Somehow it got torn. A homeless guy finds one of the pieces of the dress and uses it as a handkerchief. The cloth looks familiar to him - he was the designer, but since he was fired, he lost his home.
In the end, you see how he puts the handkerchief into his pocket, but accidentally, it drops out of his pocket, when he is in a park. It is then run over by a lawnmower, shredding it to tiny bits - this was the end of the movie.
