P: You seemed taken with this video. At best you left it unclear whether you wanted a permanently dilated cervix, i.e. a damaged or non functioning one as in the video.

In support of my reading that you would consider damage to the cervix which would prevent pregnancy, there is the following addition you made:

YC Can always get her sterilized, eliminate the pregnancy issue all together.

P: Again, i don't theoretically rule out, extreme body modifications, e.g. sterilizations and castrations, but in practice most dom/mes, afaik, turn down such offers, and for legal reasons do not practice them.

Perhaps you can clarify, if the above reading does not represent your intended meaning.

Not just you Pure, and I like you, you're a good man, so I don't think you had the intension of doing anything defamatory. No hard feelings.

However I'm tiered of my intent being miss represented in this thread, and I don't think any explanation is gonna help at this point. However I wont let things erode any further.

Ironic timing on my finding this post! I just had a hysteroscopy to retrieve a "wandering" IUD. I have another health issue and my docs said the thing had to go, but the strings had retracted up into the uterus and couldn't be found with a normal exam. My doc did a partial dilation during the first try, which had me doubled over for a day. The hysteroscopy was worse by an order of magnitude. I'm not fond of pain killers but I couldn't wait to gulp down an oxycontin afterwards! All I can say for the idea is OW OW OW! Guess I have to surrender my "painslut" label after all.
