PLain shredded wheat, and as an occasional snack not my morning meal. I try to eat as low carb as possible and cereal just doesn't fit into that.

So what kind of cereal do you eat? No real reason. Just wondering since I'm sure to many people it's probably odd that I think plain ole cheerios (not the honey nut kind) taste sweet without sugar.
Doesn't "frosted" mean coated in sugar? (I've never tried them; I'm genuinely asking.)
Interesting comparison chart here.
My cereal of choice is Kashi with sliced banana minus the Kashi.
Grainfree 3 mos and counting. Apparently I'm also dairy allergic. And there's sugar in every single freaking soy and rice milk even if I *could* have those. So like a high maintenance Elvis had he wanted to live, Banana and PB are for me.
never buy fancy cereals - I am far to miserly to spend money on that sort of thing- if there is spare money in the grocery budget I'd rather buy wine or good steak.
I eat plain old porridge (not instant), with raisins and honey, or I make home-made muesli. Sometimes I buy weet-bix, which are sort of like bricks of compressed cardboard, but are much beloved by people in this part of the world

"Like eating a bowl of Milk Duds." I wish Bill Watterson would come back!
i like plain Cheerios with a banana cut up. That or Rice Krispies.![]()

I LOVE plain cheerios! It is my favorite snack. I don't eat them with milk though. I just eat them right out of the bag!![]()
I've never been able to deal with a woman cutting a banana onto cereal since the Brothers McMullen:

Thankfully, the trailer omits the actual slicing *shudder*

I don't know...for some reason, that isn't really all that comforting.
