Casting Call: Angel of Sin

I may be sick, but I do remember the original plot line pooh


The original idea was for two detectives to be hunting down Angel to return her to her father, but instead they get sucked into the industry themselves. Their morals are broken, their seperation between what is their job and what they're doing there, blurrs. The Angel of sin in the title was never the daughter, but the slow corruption of Angel & Robert (the Dicks).

Question is, can they still be corrupted? Paid off, bribed? Sucked into the industry with visions of glamour dancing in their heads.. Can circumstances alter their directive enough that Angel (Landi) is forgotten?

You tell me. He's been a shitty janitor for a week, and she's been a porn actress for a day, and so far all she's had to do is fuck an old boyfriend she dumped a long time ago and still might have feelings for.

Ummm, if that's corrupted, then I think we're all in pretty big trouble.

Maybe we just need to play it out. See what happens. I don't know, honestly.

I would think Angel's appearence has changed some what, most stars are always changing shit about themselves on a monthly basis. So recognition might not come instantly, and who says that the two dicks cant be too occupied with other stuff to take notice right away anyway?

We'll come up with something

I didn't lose my creativity, I just had no one to be creative with. By the time we got to the mansion everyone else had coupled up, fast or slow pace, which left me on the outside looking in.

I didn't even mind going away from the original plot. It's fine, but the original idea of the thread was two detectives figuring out where this missing girl is. That's not just plot, that is the whole story right there. I didn't want to give up my film noir piece of story where the detective drives tooth and nail down some long suicidal tunnel towards the truth to be nothing more than a glance across the dinner table.

But, maybe that's what it takes. Who knows. I just think it's sad, is all. Kinda nostalgic too. Oh well. I can move on, I'm not going to purposely stick myself in the mud and tell everyone to go back and do it my way this time. It's turned into your thread, Black, and your idea.

I'm the janitor, trying to solve a mystery. I'll just keep doing that. You can plan the dinner, get everyone down there. That'll give the janitor more time for snooping

And I can see where you're coming from, the anticipation of the discovery and the search for it is the thrill, not the actual finding...

The ranch and filming can simply be one step in that search...not the final one...put a disguise on Landi's character...and we could proceed, her identity kept secret...and with that secret....the chase continues...

I know I want to carry on in this...and my character kinda can't without yours at the moment...
I know my character is hardly integral to the plot but I am definitely enjoying the story so far...
