I'm following up on an idea that I hatched here. 
Use a cartoon or avatar generator (either an app or an online tool) to create a near-likeness of yourself and post it here. It's safer than posting a face photo because it's probably unlikely that you'd be recognised in the street from this version of yourself.
I used the online cartoon generator at https://www.cartoonify.de to create this shabby-looking character:
As a first approximation, it's passable, but in reality my beard is trimmed much closer, I have more grey in my hair and my forehead isn't as pronounced as above (thank goodness!).
Who else will join me?
