Very sorry if there is an existing thread (i could not find one in the forum search)

I have had a severe attraction to the sound of old cars attempting to start but failing. We had 2 old cars which i guess created this fetish, and was wondering/hoping that others in this forum had heard of it, or actually share it.

Though I have to say my son and I love working on old cars, this has to be the first I have heard of type fetish.

OK, now we're getting somewhere. Actually, there is a catch-all name for this thing, known as "pedal pumping". Really, everything falls under that category, even those of us, like myself, who do not have a foot fetish. As far as I know, pedal pumping can encompass cranking, revving, and stuck, as well. For me, it's an extension of "damsel in distress".

I'll agree, it's out of the ordinary, but that doesn't make it any less appealing. To me, it's whatever flips your pancakes.
